refund & cancellation policy.

This policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work on yappah, operated by Logarythms. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

1. free tier

yappah offers a limited free practice quota. No payment is required until you join a paid challenge, and nothing in this policy applies until you make a purchase.

2. challenges (earn-back programme)

  • Two plans are offered: the 7-Day Starter (₹1,100) and the 14-Day Challenge (₹2,000).
  • Every qualifying day banks ₹100. A qualifying take is at least 60 seconds before midnight IST; days 8-14 of the 14-day plan require the full 90 seconds.
  • The 7-day plan includes 1 rest day and the 14-day plan includes 2 rest days. Rest days earn no cash-back.
  • Cash-back is paid to your original payment method only after challenge completion, and is typically credited within 5-7 business days.
  • Missing more than the included rest days fails the challenge: no cash-back is paid and the fee is retained.

3. subscriptions

  • Subscription plans are not currently offered. If we introduce them later, cancellation terms will be shown before purchase and added to this policy.

4. failed, duplicate, or erroneous charges

  • If you are charged but do not receive access to what you paid for, contact us within 7 days - we will restore access or issue a full refund of that charge.
  • Duplicate payments for the same purchase are refunded in full, automatically where our payment partner detects them, or on request otherwise.
  • Approved refunds under this section are initiated within 2 business days of approval and typically credited within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. how to request a refund or cancellation

Email support@yappah.iofrom the email associated with your payment, with your payment reference (visible in your Razorpay confirmation). We respond to all refund requests within 72 hours.

6. nature of the service

yappah is a fully digital service. Nothing physical is shipped, so no shipping or delivery charges apply. Access to purchased features is provisioned immediately upon successful payment.
